Bill Payments Listed below are the various methods of payment for tax bills: Pre-Authorized Payment Ensure your payment is on time and avoid lineups and penalty charges with our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan. See "Pre Authorized Payment Plan" below. Town Hall To avoid waiting in line at the tax counter, a deposit box is located in the tax department. Pre-Authorized Payment Plan There are four (4) options available for the PAP plan. Two Monthly Automatic Tax Payment Plans and the Due Date Tax Payment Plan are available for up to date tax accounts. The Budget Plan is available for tax accounts in arrears for one or more years. 1. Monthly Payment Plan - 10 Monthly Payments
The first 5 monthly payments are calculated by the Town based on the previous years taxes and are deducted from your bank accounts in accordance with your authorization. The final 5 payments are calculated on the final amount due based on approved current tax rates. You are notified by mail at the beginning of the year and in June of your monthly payment amount. Registration for this plan must be received one month prior to your first desired deduction date. 2. Due Date Tax Payment Plan - 4

How do I terminate the PAP Plan? The Town of LaSalle may cancel the privilege of continuing the Plan if two payments fail to be honoured in the taxation year. Any unpaid taxes due to a payment not being honoured shall be subject to penalties if overdue. What if I move or change my bank? Is the PAP Plan confidential and safe? What if there's not enough money in my
account on the due date?
