On behalf of the eight fulltime and twenty eight volunteer members of the LaSalle Fire Service, I am pleased to welcome you to our website. The members of the Fire Department are dedicated professionals who are committed to serving the citizens and visitors of the Town of LaSalle. Our number one goal is to make LaSalle one of the safest communities in Ontario. Deputy Chief Dave Sutton and I are determined to achieve this through the strengths of our people and building partnerships with community and organizations. We will continue focusing proactively on fire prevention, public education, code enforcement and emergency preparedness. There is an old fire service quotation that states “there is no honour in fighting a fire that could have been prevented”.
